Template rules allow you to choose when a template is used. If you setup templates rules involving the customer's browser (e.g. language or country), this information is only available when the customer is viewing a web page on ChargeDesk with their browser. If they're opening an email, viewing an attached PDF or receiving an SMS, the information about what language their browser it set to, or the country they're in won't be available.
One way you can get around this limitation is to use the Customer Country in template rules as well as the Browser Country. The Customer Country will be set whenever a customer has a successful charge. For example, you could setup a rule like this;
Note that "Match ANY of the rules below" is set, so that any of the rules can be applied.
