ChargeDesk connects to your Zendesk account using OAuth. This means that you only need to approve ChargeDesk's access to your Zendesk account. No passwords or API keys need to be provided.
After connecting to your Zendesk account, ChargeDesk's app will automatically be installed to your Zendesk account. If you are also using Zendesk Chat or Sell, you will need to install these apps directly to your Zendesk account;
If you do not see the ChargeDesk app next to your Zendesk support tickets and users, you may need to click the "Apps" button in the top right of your Zendesk screen;
