Install ChargeDesk for Wix Answers

Perform advanced billing support inside Wix Answers support tickets.

The ChargeDesk integration for Wix Answers allows you to refund charges, cancel subscriptions, invoice new customers and much more. Follow the steps below to install the ChargeDesk intergration to your Wix Answers account. The ChargeDesk Chrome extension is not required for this intergration to run.

Installation

1. Hover over the Cog icon in the left menu and choose App Settings

2. Go to the Integrations page

3. Set the toggle for ChargeDesk to On

That's it! You'll now see the ChargeDesk app next to tickets inside Wix Answers. You can login with your existing ChargeDesk account or create new one as prompted.
