Help Scout Setup Guide

ChargeDesk only needs your Help Scout support email address to setup a connection. This should be the email address which your customers send emails to, to create support tickets.

You must install the ChargeDesk Chrome Extension in order to show the payments panel next to Help Scout tickets. Once installed, you will see panel called "Payments" next to any ticket inside Help Scout. Customers matching the support ticket being viewed will show in this panel.
