Authenticator Apps

ChargeDesk uses standard time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) for 2 factor authentication. You can use any compatible authenticator app on your phone or computer.

How To Set It Up

1. Install an authenticator app.
2. Open the app and add a new account.
3. Scan the QR code shown in ChargeDesk. If you cannot scan it, enter the manual key instead.
4. Enter the 6-digit code from your app back into ChargeDesk to finish setup.

Once setup is complete, ChargeDesk will ask for a fresh code when you sign in.
